Daniel Gontán · Contact and Technical Diagnosis

Tell us what's wrong with your Apple device

Tell us the model, the symptoms, whether it won't turn on, if it has been exposed to liquid, if you need data recovery or if you already have a prior diagnosis. The more information you provide, the better we can advise you.

Before contacting us, prepare the following:
  • Exact model of the Apple device.
  • Main symptom: won't turn on, won't charge, screen, data, macOS...
  • Whether it has suffered liquid damage, a knock, or prior tampering.
  • Whether there are important files on it.
  • If you've already been given a diagnosis or quote elsewhere.
  • Photos or video of the fault if they can help.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions before contacting us

What information should I send?

Ideally, indicate the model, main symptom, whether it suffered liquid damage or a knock, if there are important files and whether you already have a prior diagnosis.

Can I send photos or video?

Yes. For photos, video or previous quotes, the easiest way is to send them via WhatsApp.

Do you provide an estimate before repairing?

Yes. Before carrying out any repair we will inform you of the diagnosis, the recommended solution and the cost so you can decide.

Can I contact you if another workshop has already inspected it?

Yes. You can send the previous diagnosis or quote so we can assess the case and decide whether a second technical review makes sense.
